NV Energy’s mobile app provides an enhanced, personalizeddigitalexperience based on customer feedback. New and improvedfeaturesmake it easy for customers to login with their fingerprint,paytheir bill, understand their energy use, enroll in energyalertsand sign up for money-saving products and services. Theappincludes an improved Outage Center, which provides details onanoutage location and cause and lets customers report andreceiveoutage updates.

With NV Energy’s New Construction Portal, customers can submitandmanage their construction projects while tracking the progressfromstart to finish. This easy-to-use app allows customers to startandmanage new projects, including submitting for inspections andmetersets, and are able to upload all necessary documents fromtheirmobile device. The process is further streamlined with theabilityto make ACH payments and digitally sign agreements.Customers willbe kept updated on the status of their projects withreal-timenotifications as steps need attention and/or arecompleted.
